Price wise quite affordable & offer byk jenis treatment. 1st experience grooming kt tpt lain not so good sbb lps grooming my Puddin develop fungus so agk nervous nk try tpt baru. However, turn out i'm having a great experience here. The CS which is the groomer herself bg clear explanation & help us decide best treatment for Puddin. Along the process drg bg video jgk so kite tak rasa anxious tunggu. After treatment i check the prob area mmg treated well..bulu pon smooth & wangi. Because of this i decide akan jd regular kt sini..tq team Meow Hero for taking a very good care of my cat. You are the best!!..keep up the good work! 👍💜 P/s - bonus plus they hv the most fluffiest adorable resident cats that greeted us that day..!! 🥰

First time sending yen for mandi in Feb. Was properly consulted on each package by syahida. They sent videos of him taking a bath, nail and paws trimming. Took photos after the grooming session as well. Price was affordable, definitely will recommend to friends staying nearby. No wonder they have pet grooming academy, their service is fantastic. June dah kali ke3 yenn mandi dgn meow hero, lebih santai oebih relax coz he is used to them. Kakak ask to pose lepas mandi pon he comply. See you next time.

that's my first grooming experience over here and if to compare another grooming centre, i will still prefer here 1. i like the scent of my baby 2. my baby fur won't shed 3. it last about 1.5 months to get oily (long hair baby) 4. acceptable price revisit 26/4/25 love the service by the team! love to get the updates from them
