Excellent service and true cat expertise! We had an emergency yesterday evening when our long-haired cat, Wolvi, accidentally stepped into a mouse glue trap and became completely covered in glue. It was a very stressful situation, and removing the glue safely from her long fur was extremely difficult. I know Mr. Akid from Meow Hero Family Center, so I contacted him at around 10 pm. He immediately called me back and patiently explained what we should and should not do to help Wolvi until we could bring her in. The next day, Mr. Akid took excellent care of Wolvi. He managed to remove all the glue from her fur and groomed her beautifully. He also showered Wolvi’s brother, Lino, at the same time. What really impressed me was Mr. Akid’s knowledge and experience with cats. He clearly understands cats, knows how to handle them calmly, and knows exactly how to groom them properly—even in a difficult situation like this. Perfect service, professional care, and genuine love for cats. I highly recommend Meow Hero Family Center to every cat owner. We are very grateful for the wonderful care he gave to Wolvi and Lino! 🐱❤️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Meow Hero Family I’m really satisfied with the service at Meow Hero Family! 🐾 My cats, Agan and Muezza, were very well taken care of throughout their stay. The place is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and quick to respond — every WhatsApp message was replied to promptly 👍🏻 What I love most is that they send daily updates with photos or videos, even when the cats are having their bath! 😍 It really gives peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands. They also offer vet transport services for unvaccinated cats and a cat taxi service, which is super convenient. The price is reasonable for the quality of care provided. Highly recommended for cat owners who want to leave their fur babies with complete peace of mind ❤️

Repeated customer here! I truly recommend sending your cat here for grooming and boarding. Excellent service, easy communication through WhatsApp and their booking app, and the best part is they always update you about your cat’s status. So far, I’m really satisfied with their service. There is parking available, but it’s more suitable for drop off only as the space is limited. But no worries, the waiting time at the front desk is short, and you can also book their pet taxi for more convenience. While waiting for grooming, you can chill at the nearby mall

Exceptional service from start to finish. The team handled my cat with so much patience, kindness, and professionalism. They paid attention to every detail, making sure my cat felt safe and comfortable throughout the grooming session. The results exceeded my expectations soft, clean, fluffy and beautifully groomed. Its clear that they prioritize the well being of every cat not just the final look. I couldnt be happier and will definitely return. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
