At Meow Hero Family, we believe every cat deserves a home away from home. That’s why we offer a variety of cozy, thoughtfully designed rooms to match every feline’s unique personality, from calm, snug spaces perfect for shy or senior cats, to spacious luxury suites that give energetic or curious kitties plenty of room to explore and play.


Each room is clean, secure, and climate-controlled, ensuring your cat stays comfortable no matter the weather. Our suites are furnished with climbing perches, and stimulating toys to keep your cat both relaxed and entertained.


Most importantly, every guest is cared for by our loving and experienced team, who treat your cats as their own, offering daily interaction, gentle grooming, and lots of cuddles (if your cat enjoys them!). Whether you’re away for a short trip or an extended holiday, you can have peace of mind knowing your furry friend is safe, happy, and well-loved.

Special Care or Medication

Does your cat need oral or topical medication during their stay?
No worries — our team can help with that!

💡 A small care fee may apply, depending on the type of medication and care required.


Bringing Your Own Food

Prefer to bring your cat’s own meals? That’s perfectly fine!
Just make sure it’s simple, clean, and easy for our team to serve.

💡 We may decline food that’s too complicated or unsuitable for our environment.


Cats Without Vaccination or With Minor Illnesses

We can still accommodate cats that are not fully vaccinated or are feeling a little under the weather — under these conditions:

  • They’ll be placed in a separate area (quarantine cabin).
  • We can assist with transport to a vet if needed (charges apply).
  • Charges will depend on your cat’s condition and care needs.


Playtime Sessions

Every cat has their own personality — and that’s okay!
Shy, anxious, or aggressive cats will never be forced to play.

💡 Playtime will be adjusted based on your cat’s mood, behaviour, and health.
💡 Cats showing signs of flu, fleas, or other illnesses will not join playtime, to keep all our furry guests safe and happy.


CCTV Access

We provide complimentary CCTV access so you can peek in on your feline friend.

💡 Availability depends on cabin type and system status.
💡 Please note that refunds or deductions won’t apply if there are technical issues

House Guidelines

For a smooth and safe stay at Meow Hero Family Hotel, the following is required:



✅ Vaccination Required
All cats must have an up-to-date vaccination record. Valid vaccination card must be shown. Failure to comply may result in rejection.

✅ Healthy & Fit
Cats must be in good health. If your cat is on medication, a small surcharge will apply for administering it during the stay.

✅ Tick & Flea Prevention
Spot-on treatment is required before check-in. If you have applied within the past month, please provide proof (e.g. sticker label or tube applicator).

You can purchase spot-on treatment from us during check-in.

Need to come earlier or later?

We allow early or late check-in/out within a reasonable time frame but advance notice is required. An additional handling fee will apply.

BOOKING POLICY


A 30% deposit per cat is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable, but:

✅ You may convert your deposit to credit point
✅ Or convert the deposit to other services such as grooming or product purchase
