MEOW HERO FAMILY CENTRE SDN. BHD. began as a humble home-based pet grooming and beauty service in August 2020, during the Movement Control Order (MCO), with a vision to provide better and more professional care for beloved pets. Through dedication and consistent effort, the Meow Hero Family brand was built to be recognized as one of the best grooming services in Selayang.
With a clear structural strategy, Meow Hero Family Grooming and Hotel was officially established as a sole proprietorship on 12th December 2021, located in Selayang Jaya. Guided by the principle “Happier and Healthier Meow Starts with Us,” the company focused on offering high-quality pet grooming and boarding services.
Over time, Meow Hero Family earned a strong reputation for excellence — combining economical, holistic pet care with premium grooming quality. The company’s commitment to service excellence led to being recognized as an overall winner in cat beauty and grooming competitions in Malaysia and Thailand in 2022.
To support its growing operations and future expansion, Meow Hero Family Centre Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated as a private limited company on 4th January 2023. In addition to providing grooming and boarding services, the company now operates MHF Cat Groomers Academy, offering professional grooming classes and training programs.
Meow Hero Family has also introduced its own product line — Fabulous Care Cat Shampoo, a trusted brand widely used by professional pet grooming service providers across Malaysia.
