The place is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and quick to respond — every WhatsApp message was replied to promptly 👍🏻 What I love most is that they send daily updates with photos or videos, even when the cats are having their bath! 😍 It really gives peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands. They also offer vet transport services for unvaccinated cats and a cat taxi service, which is super convenient. The price is reasonable for the quality of care provided. Highly recommended for cat owners who want to leave their fur babies with complete peace of mind ❤️

Price wise quite affordable & offer byk jenis treatment. 1st experience grooming kt tpt lain not so good sbb lps grooming my Puddin develop fungus so agk nervous nk try tpt baru. However, turn out i'm having a great experience here. The CS which is the groomer herself bg clear explanation & help us decide best treatment for Puddin. Along the process drg bg video jgk so kite tak rasa anxious tunggu. After treatment i check the prob area mmg treated well..bulu pon smooth & wangi. Because of this i decide akan jd regular kt sini..tq team Meow Hero for taking a very good care of my cat. You are the best!!..keep up the good work! 👍💜 P/s - bonus plus they hv the most fluffiest adorable resident cats that greeted us that day..!! 🥰

En akid is really a good grooming teacher. Very knowlegeable n very humble. Recommended to come n learn anything about grooming here. He is very experienced in his field.

First time sending yen for mandi in Feb. Was properly consulted on each package by syahida. They sent videos of him taking a bath, nail and paws trimming. Took photos after the grooming session as well. Price was affordable, definitely will recommend to friends staying nearby. No wonder they have pet grooming academy, their service is fantastic. June dah kali ke3 yenn mandi dgn meow hero, lebih santai oebih relax coz he is used to them. Kakak ask to pose lepas mandi pon he comply. See you next time.

that's my first grooming experience over here and if to compare another grooming centre, i will still prefer here 1. i like the scent of my baby 2. my baby fur won't shed 3. it last about 1.5 months to get oily (long hair baby) 4. acceptable price revisit 26/4/25 love the service by the team! love to get the updates from them

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This pet shop provides excellent service! The staff were very professional and caring, and they washed my white cat until she was completely clean and fresh. The environment is clean and comfortable, and I feel very safe leaving my pet here. Highly recommended!
