However, turn out i'm having a great experience here. The CS which is the groomer herself bg clear explanation & help us decide best treatment for Puddin. Along the process drg bg video jgk so kite tak rasa anxious tunggu. After treatment i check the prob area mmg treated well..bulu pon smooth & wangi. Because of this i decide akan jd regular kt sini..tq team Meow Hero for taking a very good care of my cat. Excellent service, easy communication through WhatsApp and their booking app, and the best part is they always update you about your cat’s status. So far, I’m really satisfied with their service. There is parking available, but it’s more suitable for drop off only as the space is limited. But no worries, the waiting time at the front desk is short, and you can also book their pet taxi for more convenience. While waiting for grooming, you can chill at the nearby mall

It was my first time coming here and I decided to try the premium spa grooming package. Overall, it was really good, my cat smelled amazing, the fur was super soft and everything felt very well done. However, I did notice that the ears weren’t cleaned properly. Even after the grooming, I still had to clean them myself and there was quite a bit of dirt. Just something to improve on. But overall, a pleasant experience and I’d still consider coming again!

Sent my cat for a flea removal grooming. He came back 200% clean with no fleas at all. His fur is now super fluffy and all his matts are gone. He also smells like Febreeze now. Loved that they kept sending videos and picture updates on him. Was genuinely shocked to see how gentle and patient they were with him. Thank you for much Meow Hero Family.

one of best grooming center i’ve ever seen. I sent 4 cats here walked-in (no appointment) and they accepted us even though they were quite busy. The main desk staff is so nice and friendly. Thank you for your service, all my cats are now wangi hehe. The price is affordable. Will visit here again.
